About Ashen Watch

Ashen Watch is a castle defence game with roguelike upgrades. Princess Elira is hiding in the kingdom's last keep, and you control her guardian against endless waves of enemies. Fight eight enemy types and bosses, choose a new perk after each wave (arrow volleys, chain lightning, a flaming blade or a dodge roll) and spend coins on permanent upgrades and armour skins. The story plays out over 20 waves, with a boss and a new chapter every five waves.

• WASD or arrow keys: move (or hold the mouse on the battlefield)
• Your guardian attacks nearby enemies automatically
• Space, Q, Shift: special abilities once unlocked
• On phones: drag on the screen to move
